From John Wayne Airport [SNA] (15SW): 1. South on I-405 2. Exit CA-133 (Laguna Cyn Rd/South) 3. Take CA-133 onto Broadway which terminates at the ocean on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). 4. Turn left (the Riviera will be on your right) 5. On the corner of St. Ann's and the PCH, overlooking the ocean.
